Before you write

• Is something down? The status page shows whether calling is working right now.
• Using the iPhone or Android app? Say which phone, and the time of the call that went wrong. We can find it from that.
• Billing and plan changes are on the website, under Settings.

Your data and your account

To export your data, use Settings → Export your data on the website. To close your account, see Delete your account.
