Delete your account

Email support@redstonecastles.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm by reply and finish within 30 days, usually the same day. This works the same whether you use dialredphone on the website, an iPhone or an Android phone.

What happens

• You are signed out everywhere, on every phone and browser.
• If you are a team member, your login and personal settings are deleted. The business's shared calls and contacts stay with the business.
• If you own the account, the subscription is cancelled, the phone numbers are released, and the business's calls, texts, contacts, recordings, transcripts and notes are deleted.

What we keep, and for how long

• Billing records, for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
• Backups, for 14 days after the deletion.
• Technical logs, for 90 days.
