How this is measured
Every minute, the machine that carries your calls asks three questions and writes the answers down: is the telephone switch answering, is our registration with the carrier live so the telephone network can reach your number, and does the app respond. This page is built from those answers and nothing else. Gaps, such as a deploy, are reported as time we did not monitor rather than counted as uptime, which is why each line says how much of the month was actually watched.
