Texting and carrier registration

US carriers drop business texts from numbers whose owner is not on their register (10DLC). Registration is per business. dialredphone files it from one form and passes the carriers’ fees through at cost: $19.50 once, then $1.50 a month.

How to set it up

  1. Fill in one form

    Settings, Texting: your legal business name, registration number and country, industry, website, address, what you will text about and how people agreed to hear from you.

  2. We register your business

    dialredphone submits the business, then the kind of texts you will send, then your number.

  3. The carriers review it

    You see where it is at each step. If they refuse something, we correct it in place and send it back.

  4. Text

    Texts go out from your number, in the same thread as your calls with that person, with the delivery state on every message.

  • Rules carriers expect, done for you

    The first text names your business and says how to stop; STOP, HELP and START are answered; consent is recorded for each contact; link shorteners are refused.
