Run several businesses from one place
If you belong to more than one business on Redphone, each keeps its own number, teammates, calls and texts. You do not need a second login or a second tab: every one of your businesses rings where you are signed in, and the call says which business it is for.
How to set it up
Join another business
When another business on Redphone invites you as a teammate, accept with the same email and it sits beside your own. Each business has its own plan and number.
Switch between them
Tap the business name at the top of the app and pick one. The inbox, call history, contacts and keypad are now that business’s.
Answer any of them
A call to any of your businesses rings, marked “to” the business called. Calls you make go out from the business you are in, with its number as caller ID.
Call waiting
A second call while you are on one beeps instead of ringing over your conversation: Hold & accept, End & accept, or Decline (your teammates or voicemail take it). This works across your businesses too.
Several tabs
Calls ring in the tab you used last. A tab you switch to takes the ringing over, except while another tab has a call up.
